Where is the event?

The event takes place at the East of England Showground, Alwalton, Peterborough, PE2 6XE.

All shows held at the East of England Showground are signposted from all major routes.

What times do the gates open?

Gates open at 4pm. The event finishes at 10pm.

Is there an age limit?

No, this is a family friendly event for all ages.

Is parking onsite?

Free parking is available on site at the event

Can we bring food on site?

No food or drink is to be brought onto the premises. Catering facilities and bars will be available on site.

Is there disabled access?

Yes this is a fully accessible site with disabled toilets and parking. Please see a marshal/follow all disabled parking signage on arrival and display your blue badge to gain access.

How much are advance tickets?

Tickets are available in advance here: Adult £10.00, Child (2-15) £5.00, Family £25.00 (2 Adults & 2 Children) Under 2’s FREE.

Can you buy tickets on the night?

Yes, tickets will be available on the night for Adult £12.00 Child (2-15) £6.00 Family £32.00 (2 Adults & 2 Children) Under 2’s FREE. ***ON THE GATE TICKETS ARE CASH ONLY PURCHASES***

Are you allowed to bring dogs to the event?

No dogs are permitted at this event – with the exception of assistance dogs.

Can we bring our own sparklers?

Unfortunately sparklers are not allowed at the East of England Arena for health and safety reasons. Please do not bring on to the site. 

Is there a cash machine on site?

Unfortunately not.

Do you offer any concessions?

We offer a discounted family ticket.

Are their creche facilities?

Not at this event.

Where are the nearest toilets?

There are several WC’s on the showground, the main toilets being under the grandstand (main arena seating).

Where is the nearest shop/centre?

Head out of the showground, driving towards Peterborough on the A605, turn off at slip road signposted ‘Hampton’ (Serpentine Green). You will find a 24hr Tescos, Boots, food court and high street stores.

Can I take pictures/video at the event?

Yes – however no drones may be used during the show.

Is there any mobility hire on site?

Unfortunately not – please make your own arrangements before arriving.
